Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

InvoicePro ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by Barood Works, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information InvoicePro collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

By using InvoicePro you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Account information (required to use InvoicePro)

InvoicePro requires you to create an account to use the app. Accounts are managed by our authentication provider, Supabase Inc. (United States). When you sign up — by Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, or email and password — the following information is stored on Supabase's servers:

• Email address — used to identify your account and contact you about service-critical matters.
• Display name — provided automatically by Google or Apple when you use those sign-in methods.
• User identifier — a unique anonymous ID generated by Supabase to link your account across sessions.
• OAuth provider identifier — when you use Google or Apple sign-in, the provider's anonymous ID for your account is stored so we can recognise you on subsequent sign-ins.
• Authentication tokens — short-lived access and refresh tokens that keep you signed in.
• Subscription state — the current state of your InvoicePro Pro subscription (status, plan, trial dates, expiry) so the app knows what features to unlock. This row references only your account ID; no business or invoice content is stored alongside it.

For security and fraud prevention, our authentication provider may also retain sign-in event metadata (IP address, timestamp, device user agent) for up to 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

We do not sell, rent, or share your account information with any third party. Supabase processes this data on our behalf as a service provider; their privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.

2b. Business and invoice data (stored locally on your device)

All business and invoice data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device using an encrypted on-device database. None of the following is uploaded to our servers:

• Business information — your business name, address, phone number, email address, and logo that appear on your invoices.
• Client information — names, email addresses, phone numbers, and postal addresses of your clients.
• Invoice & financial data — line items, prices, taxes, discounts, payment records, notes, and currencies.
• App settings — your preferences such as language, theme, and invoice templates.

We do not collect analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or any other data beyond what is described in this section.

3. How We Use Your Information

All information you enter is used exclusively to:

• Generate, display, and export invoices and receipts as PDF files.
• Populate recurring invoice drafts based on your saved schedules.
• Display dashboards, reports, and client summaries inside the app.
• Back up and restore your data via Google Drive or iCloud, when you choose to enable that feature.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the core functionality of the app.

4. Data Storage & Security

InvoicePro uses a hybrid storage model:

• Account data (the fields listed in section 2a) is stored on Supabase's servers. Supabase is a SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure provider; data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS).
• Business and invoice data (section 2b) is stored locally on your device in an encrypted on-device database. It is never transmitted to our servers.

If you enable the optional cloud backup feature:

• Google Drive backup — your business and invoice data is uploaded to your personal Google Drive account using Google's secure APIs. The backup file is stored in your own Drive and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your Google account or Drive files.
• iCloud backup — your business and invoice data is uploaded to your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. The backup is stored in your own iCloud and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud account or its contents.

You can disable backup and delete any existing backup files at any time from Settings → Backup & Restore.

5. Third-Party Services

InvoicePro integrates with the following third-party services:

• Supabase Inc. (authentication and account state) — supabase.com/privacy
• Google Play Billing (subscription payments and renewals) — policies.google.com/privacy
• Google LLC (Google Drive backup, optional) — policies.google.com/privacy
• Google LLC (Google sign-in, optional) — policies.google.com/privacy
• Apple Inc. (iCloud backup and Apple sign-in, optional) — apple.com/legal/privacy

No analytics providers, advertising networks, or third-party tracking SDKs are integrated into InvoicePro. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data remains on your device for as long as you use the app. You can permanently delete all your data and your account at any time by going to Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account.

This action is irreversible and removes all locally stored records. If you have enabled cloud backup, you must also delete the backup file manually from your Google Drive or iCloud account.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA) to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to certain processing of your data.

8. Children's Privacy

InvoicePro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us at info@barood.cc and we will take appropriate steps to address the situation.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of InvoicePro after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
